About EXPERIENCE
Before joining Apollo Cradle, she was associated with Columbia Asia Hospital, Gurgaon, where she headed the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology for more than 12 years. In fact, she was instrumental in establishing the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Columbia Asia Hospital, Gurgaon, in 2008.
She also worked with some of the best and most established brands in Delhi & Gurgaon, including Fortis La Femme Hospital, New Delhi, Holy Angels Hospital, New Delhi, and St. Stephen's Hospital, New Delhi, as a Consultant and Senior Consultant in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

In her zest to learn more and attain excellence in whatever she does, Dr. Amita Shah went on to do more training and courses to hone her clinical skills. She did a course in laparoscopic surgery at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, which is considered one of the best hospitals for courses in laparoscopic surgery.
She also completed a course in Infertility Management and IVF from the same institute under the guidance of Dr. Abha Majumdar. Besides her clinical skills, Dr. Amita is also a postgraduate diploma holder in hospital management.
